I finally got a dedicated SS wheelset. Nothing too fancy, Salsa rims, Nashbar (On-One, Novatec, Woodman, etc) rear hub, Hope front.

Mmmmmm....big wheels....

Loving it! I'm actually building another this summer. The one in the pic will go to the wife and I'll build a 17 or 18 footer.

Don't know, I'm still waiting on my @#$! frame. I know a bunch of people at MTBR could report more details.

Not really. I saved quite a bit by going with the Nashbar rear SS hub. It's the same hub sold under the On-One, Woodman, Novatec, and other names, but only cost me $40.

Will do. The shop I frequent has been selling a lot of them too, so there must be something about them.
