I have got a set of 08 Manitou Nixon Elite TPC + forks which I really like, but they are 145mm and I would like to move them from my trails bike and put them on my 4x bike, but would like to reduce the travel first, any idea if this is possible?

I know some of the Nixons people reduce to 100mm and there are also some from new that where getting to much travel and they did reduce them slightly. But I don't recall what models specificity. If I recall correctly it was the coil models they where converting to 100mm but I really don't know. Hopefully some one on here can tell you more.
