I've noticed this morning my shock had started making a new sound. I've got my bike brand new last week and just manage yesturday to put out a few hours on it, and it was great but today i wake up, got to the bike and it started clicking from the rear. So it's a clicking sound at the begining of the stroke in the compression (not the rebound nor the pass from comp to reb - just a few mm from the start of the compression). I've checked the pivots of the suspension ant there are no issues with them, i've cleand the bushings too but it's still there. There is more than enough pressure in the system, it's got no air (no undamped travel) and i'm running the propedal at about 50% with the bottom out at 75% (i like running heavy damping with lighter spring). But i can't figure out what could be making the sound. There seams to be a relation between it and the Propedal adjustment (seams to change when i open the adjuster up) but it could be just the ease on the begining of the stroke with less damping. It dissapears when i compress the bike real slow and the speed at wich it apears increase or decrease when PP adjustment is either full off or full on - just how a LSC damper should work. And it seams to dissapear (or reduces) when the bike is sagged.
Could it be the sound of the Propedal opening up the LSC?
Any of you had this issue, and/or any idea how to fix it (i've got no problem riding it this way, but if it could escalate in to a problem i won't)?
So far there is no change in performance/adjustability of the shock.
Thanks!
