spanish reds are definitely underrated. italians are getting pricey. last week i bought a case of the 20000 clerico barbera d'alba and it was about $20 a bottle even w/ volume discount.

I suspect the European wines will just continue to get worse in terms of value. Of course, some of them are *such* a value that they're still relatively inexpensive.narlus said:
