Popcorn is good for You
Popcorn is a filling snack, tastes good, and is high in fiber.....
Unfortunately, too many commercial or microwave popcorns are WAY too high in fat with the added crap. Here is a solution, and much cheaper.
-Place 1/2 Cup of Kernels in a regular brown paper lunch sack.
-Fold the sack flat again (as it was folded originally), and add 3 1/4" folds to the top opening.
-Place the bag in the microwave and pop for approx 2 minutes (times vary, so listen)
-Open bag, pour in a bowl, and add your favorite seasoning. Mine is tabasco (red or green) and enjoy.
p.s. If you like butter flavoring, spray the popcorn after it is popped with Butter Flavored PAM.
