Awake at fye vayem on account of @6thElement and his wacky ideas to ride bikes at altitude. Curse you!

Anycrap, need to walk the dogs and then we’re DTR.

Rumour has it we’ll be getting a patio to cover up @kidwoo’s poopin’ hole this week.

I was debating putting insulation back into the basement ceiling, then I heard my MIL walking around (she walks like someone tap dancing in concrete clogs) the other day. So now. I have a truck bed full of rock wool batts.

Other than a whole buncha home improvement projects this weekend, I've got nothing exciting on the agenda.

Ugggh. Yesterday’s germ toob adventures have left me too physically and mentally shelled to join the group ride. Probably just ride the home trails and hit some rad jumps…

cleaning up the mt bike and checking everything before I go ride. The adhesive for the dropper post cable guides has failed, good thing I have some JB weld quick. Everything should be good by the time I am ready to go for an easy ride

Coffee'ing it now.

Riding Martha's Creek today. Been looking forward to this trail for so many years.

5000 foot descent and then right into the lake for beer(s). Thoughts and prayers for my arms, legs and brakes.

Fuck Covid. Sucked the Cardio Vascular right out of me. First ride since I started testing negative just over a week ago. I was fine on the flats. But as soon as I started to climb the heat and reduced Cardio just slammed me big time. Rather than risking it I turned around and rode for an hour on the lower fire roads. Even that left me gassed. But at least I got out there,

Highlight of the ride: watching two Red Shouldered Hawks hunting amongst the Sycamore Trees of the creek bottom, that and checking out all the local fit ladies out on their morning run.
