I doubt the bikes are stolen. But, geez, who'd buy a bike with those components that didn't have a well engineered c/f frame? It appears the chainstays are aluminum. Who knows what the geometry is like.

I am willing to bet the farm it is a Motobecane,

1ST I have seen a ton of them in the shop to be properly assembled and adjusted, they almost always have Ritchey components and Kinises forks.

2nd if you click on the Tabs that talk about bike weight or where its made he always brings up Motobecane.....
