Ingredients:
CELERY SALT (SALT, CELERY SEED), SPICES (INCLUDING MUSTARD, RED PEPPER, BLACK PEPPER, BAY [LAUREL] LEAVES, CLOVES, ALLSPICE [PIMENTO], GINGER, MACE, CARDAMOM, CINNAMON), AND PAPRIKA.

I use it on everything from sausage to bloody marys. :drool:

Cool didn't realize you guys used it over on the west coast. It's best on steamed Maryland blue crabs. If you have crab chips too there covered in it.

I went to a restaurant here, Awful Arthurs, who serves fries covered in that stuff. Gack!!!

What fries with old bay are awesome... did you grow up near the eastern shore?
No I'm a damn yankee from near Buffalo, NY living in Richmond, VA. Awful Arthurs is a place in Nags Head, NC and they also have a place here.

A little bit of that stuff goes a long way. These were covered with the stuff. Google "cinnamon challenge" and you'll get the idea.

I will agree blue crabs boiled in it are quite tasty.
