Sorry if I'm blowing up the Political Debate forum. I don't come here much. I understand that to be President you have to be born on American soil. Does that include embassies and american war ships (you know the whole extension of american soil doctrine)?
Secondly to be Secretary of somthin somethin..do you also have to be born on American Soil? Say if I were to be Secretary of Agriculture ( Made in Taiwan)...that's pretty far down the totem pole. And if EVERYONE above me got nuked does that mean I can be President? Or will that technicallity by pass me and go to someone even farther down the totem pole?
