so i've been to whistler a lot in the summer time but not much in the winter. i want to head up with friends to partay it up and what have you. i'm sure it's a lot more expensive in the ski season, can anyone recomend a decent but cheaper place to stay?

hot tub is def. a plus.

If you do it right you should end up passed out under someones RV. No need for a hotel room.....
that's probably a better idea in the summer than in the winter.

<-- slept in the parking lot of snowbird last month. will NEVER do that again

i think that the Delta or the Westin both have "weekend special rates" on certain weekends, but they are still going to be really expensive in the winter

i sometimes stay there in the summer and its just over 100 a night, which isn't too bad when the family comes with

try a hostel, the shoe string was one, not sure if it is still around, there were rumors of it going to be torn down.

other thing to do is sign up to get the whistlerblackcomb emails with specials, they are usually stay atleast 3 or 4 nights though. or you could book someething online
