...I'm pretty sure Peaty is running 06' Holzfellers w/ the Howitzer BB - same setup as Rennie... He still uses Race Face componentry on other areas of his rig, but since he has sponosrship w/ SRAM now, the Diabolus cranks are gone...

I have to say, that is the only part on the bike that looks goofy.

I do not know if his frame is custom, but this angle of photo makes the bike look odd. I shot some side portraits of him at otter in parking lot and the bike looked very large and fit him well. The stem was pretty goofy though
