At the office and enjoying my standing desk vs my back breaking seating at home plus a nice wiener schnitzel lunch served at the cafeteria.

Only moisture we have received so far has come in the form of a sleet type mixture that has not stuck. Have some baking to do and further trouble shooting of the Amp. LH channel is alive and kicking, RH channel continues to blow the fuse.

Good morning monkey brothers and sisters. It's warming up nicely and the trails are finally starting to dry out. I'm really digging the new gravel bike, but itching to get off-road. Not much new on the brewing front. We recently collab'd with a Philly bakery and made a spelt lager using local malt and 85 spelt-flour baguettes in the mash. 5.5-ish %abv, helles lager, hopped with centennial and el dorado. Very complex flavor with a slight doughy/nutty thing going on from the spelt. Aroma is classic lager with a light citrus and bread-crust. I'm in love

CMV crash. WB was closed for bit. Now EB open, WB one lane. Google says 3 hour delay. Must be absolute shitshow up there in traffic. I’m glad to be home. Getting some productivity in as we have the babysitters around anyway since we would be paying them either way.

on that note, what's the status of your skihaus offer?
Inspection done. Found some water damage from shitty deck job (flashing likely) extending to walkout basement wall underlying deck. Extended the inspection objection/resolution/termination deadlines a week to allow for a contractor to do a more detailed analysis of this wall and what it'll take.

So I'll probably still close on time, but will be asking for concessions for this wall. We knew the deck surface was crap going in.
