Has anyone experienced Plica Syndrome in their knee? If so did anybody figure out any non-surgical treatment that took care of it? If you went for surgery what is my ETA to being back on the bike?

The guy is still in jail...I actually feel bad, he's failing all his classes this semester now. I just wanted restitution, not to ruin his life...but then again, maybe he'll learn a lesson.

yeah, i know, sometimes I fail to realize he didn't "accidently" hit me in the head 15 times.

I know they recovered the bike, but that's as far as I know. I assume it's in good hands now...I sure hope so, it's a work of art/one off!
