Podiums Across the State - Whole Athlete-Specialized Riders Represent!

<p>From high school racing to the U23 Pro ranks, Whole Athlete-Specialized Cycling Team riders showed their dedication and class over the weekend, earning multiple victories and podium finishes up and down the state of California.</p><p>

Max Houtzager & Taylor Smith going 1-2 in Varsity </p><p>
In the NorCal High School League's opening race of the season at Granite Bay, Max Houtzager and Taylor Smith went 1-2 in Varsity, Lucas Newcomb and Jonny Kaufman 1-2 in Junior Varsity and Josie Nordrum took the win in the Junior Varsity Girls race.</p><p>

In total, Whole Athlete-Specialized riders took three wins and nine podium spots at the high school event!</p><p>

Meanwhile in Southern California, Keegan Swenson and Zach Valdez took on the cold, muddy conditions of the Sagebrush Safari US Cup race in the desert east of San Diego.</p><p>
</p><p>
Swenson took a convincing victory in the Junior Cat 1 race while Valdez finished a strong 4th in his first pro race as a U23 rider.</p>
