So I had to rebuild my sherman breakout, and I decided to (hand) polish the lowers to match my new bullit I ordered (also polished). So here they are...

did you clearcoat? been thinking about doing the same to my drop off lowers as they are getting a bit scratched.

no clearcoat, I have a feeling they will see a lot of liquid polish.

i stripped & polished my boxxers. while they look real purdy freshly buffed, magnesium tarnishes surprisingly quickly. esp in the wet. ie, mine look like poo the day after a wet ride / wash / drip dry cycle. its a bit tedious. guess i should use wax, or some kind of sealant / protectant.

You could sand it, or you can use aircraft stripper, it's great stuff.

Then lots of polishing.

First time I saw that movie I was falling in and out of sleep for the whole flick. Every time I woke up I wasn't sure if I had woken up or not, that movie just kept getting wierder everytime I opened my eyes.
