Profile hub play problem ?

I've noticed some play on my Profile rear hub, when I hold the rear tire I can rock it sideways about 2 to 4mm.
I have tightened it a few times but the 'play' always comes back ?
The Hub uses five sealed cartridge bearings (for a long and smooth life  ), but the hub is only 4 months old, so I don't get it.
Anyone has an idea what this could be ?
Is it a big problem or should I just keep riding and re-tighten the hub/axle after every ride?

It's the 135mm with a 10mm bolt-on-axle version.

thx in advance.

This is pretty wide open thread, but try this...

If the rear wheel moves in the dropouts, it may be that fact that those little washers that go on the axel before the nuts are not properly seated...Do not run the set up without them...The nuts will loosen up almost instantly without the washers...You may need to modify the washers a bit, but use them...They go on the outside of the frame

If the axel is firm in the dropout, cunsult your wheelbuild....

Profile makes killer hubs, and if they made a TA, I would still run them. If all else fails, LBS or call Termite..
