Did 6.25 with my dad, who is a marathon runner. 9min pace for the first 4, then walk/jog for the rest. Nothing spectacular, but given it's my first workout in who knows how long, I'll take it.
Did a quick ride tonight with my bar mitts - they kick ass btw. Also worth mentioning, yesterday a dead body was dumped along side the road where I did my ride. There wasn't any tape or pools of blood anywhere so I guess its cleaned up...
Yesterday night I was probably about that far away and had no clue but tonight I went by and checked it out. Nothing like living in the sticks on an Indian Rez!

Get that run in? How far? Trails are still drying out down here. Only choices are indoor spin bike or run outdoors. I can't stand being inside. Feet on pavement it is....
