[Ladle]

I've got the Marzocchi DJ 1 and have had it for a couple of months. Lately every time i bunnyhop or pull up hard it feels like its popping out of place. Im not sure if its adjusted wrong or needs new oil or what.
Give me your opinions.

Not sure by what you mean...."popping out of place'....????


But maybe check the oil height. Maybe it's a tad low.

Pull out the springs and compress the shock fully and measure top of stanction tube to top of oil level. Should be about 53-56mm range...in the 5" setting.

i posted somewhere else about this. You need to check oil level, and a little plastic washer inside your fork. If the washer is broke then the oil is allowed to flow by with out any damping....and a harsh top out like my fork did.....

I know how to do this. Maybe i could come over to steves house to help out. I have a few extra replacement parts on the way. You could then call marzocchi and get some sent out to replace my extras. Its a known problem having the things break......
