Are fenders required in colorado? I took off the metal body panel but still have the plastic inner fender thing. Am I going to get pulled over going to work? I know it's a dumb question, but thanks anyway.

In the picture, the black plastic thing extends out and covers the tire.

Other places I've lived have had much stricter laws about vehicles 'n stuff. The doors are coming off once the weather starts to stay nicer (more consistantly) up here.

Not sure about CO specifically, but generally it's only an issue if you're tires are not covered... and that's only an issue in some states some of the time.

I think you are more likely to get pulled over in a ghettotastic car without fenders for any offense. When I drove a beat up 85 T-Bird I'd get pulled over all the time for no reason, never got ticketed. Got a new car and only got pulled over when driving really fast.
