Hadley? Their conversion kit is a new axle + re-dishing. Re-dishing centers the rim between the flanges, evens spoke tension so I think the wheel is actually stronger than before.

Thanks, this is helpful. I’ll order the correct axle and redish if there’s little reason not to. My hub is onyx but the idea is the same.

Wolftooth makes a lovely "boostinator" conversion kit....FYI

Boostinators adapt 100 x 15 mm front bicycle hubs and 142 x 12 rear hubs to 115 x 15 mm and 148 x 12 mm. It changes standard through axle hubs to Boost spacing hubs.

I used a Hope hub instead. But like the pics show, with a 5mm spacer behind the disc it would have worked too.
