Has anyone "changed" their flick into a jumper (either 80mm or 110)? Is it just a spring change or is it an involved process? I've emailed, but sometimes it takes a long time to get a response from them.

AFAIK (I'm about to try it myself) you DON'T need to change the spring, what you need is a different spring compression plunger rod thing which adjusts where the fork sits.
