Oh and rode 7Springs last summer. Went on a mini trip with my wife for a few days. Golf was very good at the three courses we played. She says Spa Day was VERY good at the resort - and my day of riding was ok. Dont get me wrong, shuttle driver was great, as fast as I wanted it (even me by myself) and the few trails were ok.
Thats it - 7Springs was good for a few hours of DH. Some of the lower EC tracks were good, and a few nice drops and rock sections throughout. But anything more than a day - and it would be too boring. Did 5 hours or so and it was plenty of time. Nothing against staff - they were all very nice and talkative/etc. Just so much you can do with maybe 600 (+/-) feet.
