I checked that location on google maps, that's right next to the start of Burnham Down. It would be cool walk out the front door and start your ride right there. But, it would suck to finish your rides by having to do Burnham Up or have to ride up the hill on Mountain Road.

not very comfy for sleepingforget the house then - there's a built-in bongshed right on top!
eventually it'll be coated in bong resin, so that's a problem that will solve itselfCan we change the color of the house to root beer?
No flat top grill in the kitchen for cooking bacon? Might be a deal breaker.http://www.trulia.com/property/3208266902-2864-Darling-Hill-Rd-West-Burke-VT-05871#photo-21

Did you look at all of those interior pics? There could be one hell of an indoor XC course going through there. No flat top grill in the kitchen for cooking bacon? Might be a deal breaker.
Although we could build a sweet pump track going around those gardens.
That is very true. We could revive the indoor lodge races but does it have a creepy basement to ride through as well???Did you look at all of those interior pics? There could be one hell of an indoor XC course going through there.
Needs a deep pit in the basement with a hose, basket winch and lotion storage. That is very true. We could revive the indoor lodge races but does it have a creepy basement to ride through as well???

Hows the proximity to meth shacks ? Wouldn't want to encroach on the indigenous population.I say we buy this and have at it for building our own custom SE region bong shed! http://www.trulia.com/property/3071754479-6985-Table-Rock-Rd-Jonas-Ridge-NC-28641

Upper Penninsula, flat as fuck and under a thick blanket of snow 9 months out of the year. When there isn't snow there are just bugs.and 4,000+ Acres of prime single track terrain.
Whoa.http://www.trulia.com/property/3208266902-2864-Darling-Hill-Rd-West-Burke-VT-05871#photo-21

I'm guessing you haven't been to the UP much. The Marquette area is far from "flat as fuck"Upper Penninsula, flat as fuck and under a thick blanket of snow 9 months out of the year. When there isn't snow there are just bugs.
I lived up there when I was a little kid. I don't remember any mountains, few hills, some sand dunes.. I do remember plenty of snow.I'm guessing you haven't been to the UP much. The Marquette area is far from "flat as fuck"

Where did you grow up? To be fair, the eastern half of the UP is flat as fuck. Marquette and Northwest of there offer nice trails.I lived up there when I was a little kid. I don't remember any mountains, few hills, some sand dunes.. I do remember plenty of snow.
I generally just stereotype all of Michigan as being flat.
That.I'm guessing you haven't been to the UP much. The Marquette area is far from "flat as fuck"
