Some issues:

Live or Autopick Draft?

Draft date?

One or two divisions? (Guess that depends upon how many people sign up)

Last year, we had an issue with playing two QBs each week, so if you have a preference, post up.

I was satisfied with Transcend's point system last year.

Way, way, way to many roster spots last year. I would say to go with the default setting of the league, and autopick.

1 starting qb (and usually one backup)
2 starting wr's (and usually a backup or two)
2 starting rb's (and usually a backup or two)
1 starting te (maybe a backup)
1 starting kicker (maybe a backup if you have the roster space)
2 starting defensive PLAYERS (it makes the game a hole lot more fun and interesting; maybe a backup)

10 starting positions and 14/15 total roster spots.

That's my favorite/preferred setup.

I like that, but I'm thinking one more WR, maybe another TE, and 4 total bench spots.

as presiding league champion, i decree the following:

i like the idea of 2RB, 2WR and a WR or RB in the lineup. as far as roster sizes go, i think that it really depends on how many people we haev in the league.

and autopick is the easiest, but live draft is more fun. not sure about logistics of that, though (but i'll be on EDT at that point).
