So there's this tourist in Madrid, Spain and he goes to see a bull fight. He's pretty impressed. Anyway, after the fight he's starving and he goes to a little tapas bar called 'el Matador' and orders a plate of the especial de el dia (special of the day). The waiter brings out these two big lumps on a plate. The dude is so hungry he just scarfs it right down. It's delicious! After he finishes he asks the waiter what it was. Cajones del Toro, Bull testicles, taken fresh from the bull after the fight.
The guy spends a couple more days in Madrid and comes back to the el Toro tapas bar every day after the bull fights. One day the waiter brings out a plate with two scrawny little balls. The guy kind of scratches his head and eats them anyway. When he's done, he asks the waiter, "Why where the bull balls so puny today?"
To which the waiter responds "Sometimes the bull, he doesn't not always lose the fight"
