You're going to have a tough time finding anyone who's got lots of experience rebuilding anything except race forks.

If it's new, take it back to the shop you bought it from.

If it's old or you can afford to replace it, take that sucker apart. Take lots of notes as you disassemble it, so you can at least get it back to the same condition.

Run a couple searches for service manuals. You might find some good instructions on how to service it.
