Well Rino Lites are lighter and cheaper, but just a little more prone to pinch flats. I personally run a Rhyno in the front and a Singletrack in the back.
I run both rims. It seems like the Singletracks are less prone to flat spots but they go out of true easier than Rhyno XLs. Our LBS is having a tough time finding welded Singletracks now. And they can't get black walled XLs either.
I recently hit a tree with my front wheel that had a Singletrack. Tacoed it such that the shop couldn't get it straight. I ponied up for an MTX and I'll find out how it does on DH these next 2 weekends.
If you run low psi in your tires you'll hammer both of these rims.
Having said all of that, I think I would go with the Rhyno XLs.
