at jiu jitsu tourney with the 9yo...then a memorial service for co-worker's husband. mil is here, so wifey and i will head out for dinner somewhere...
A beautifully cold morning today. I ran a "5K" race in 19:09. I frikkin flew! The goddamn course was long or it would have been an 18:40. 6.01 avg pace for the run. Holy cockballs! 7th place overall and 2nd in my age group. I got smoked by high school cross country kids. Little bastards.
Moar leaf surfing today. It is fun but soft soil covered with leaves is draggy and slowwwww.
