We met up for lunch before the ride. Burped up soup dumplings during the ride. It was glorious. Rode the Bridgestone for the last time ever. Have not found the crack. But I know it's there. I am OK with it. It was a great bike. I rode the shit out of it.

It is. A combination of Tig welds and Lugs in the area of the crazy noise. I have already gone through this. It's cheaper to just buy a new or partially used bike. It will be a good project for over the winter. The parts on it are all good.
