Hey guys,
Ive just got my grubby mits on a 2001 Scwhinn Straight 8 frame and its got the old 22mm hayes disc mounts on it. I want to run a Hope E4 185mm no 3 caliper on the back but it just wont fit.
Currently i have to run a 165mm Hope C2 which pumps up a lot. My current adaptor takes the hayes mount and allows me to run a C2 number 1 caliper on it but the E4 wont fit by a long shot.
Hope dont make the necessary adaptor for me to run an E4 and BETD want to charge me £120(GBP) to make one.
Does anyone have any ideas or spare parts so i can bodge my E4 on the back cheaply??
Any help is greatly appreciated.
