There is a BBQ/Race/Costume Party at a place called "the tapeworm" this saturday.

It's put on by GoHuckYourself bike shop in Renton. The 'track' is a downhill bermsled run. Super fun. you will have fun. You should come out and meet the locals. All the people that you want to meet will be there. seriously.

That looks awesome. I'm there. I guess trail bike over DH bike? Don't have anything here that sounds terribly well suited but whatever. Sounds like a blast.

DH bike is WAY overkill. You can ride this trail on a bmx bike. Most will probably be on hardtail DJ/slopestyle bikes.

Haven't been riding enough. Made it to Duthie once, that's been it. Living in temp housing in Mukilteo, got a couple places I'm looking at in Fremont/Greenlake/Queen Anne, trying to get moved in to one of them around the first of the month
