I'm going to Washington for a week w/ my buds and we are wanting to do a good solid days of good hard all-mountain riding. We are leaving next weekend and we originally had a trail or two in Lake Chalean picked out BUT thats just to far for us considering we will be focused on our climb of Mt. Rainier.

We are wanting to know a awesome bomber trail to ride thats a good distance and a bike shop that rents a decent bike. Looking around the Seattle Area and Mt. Rainier Mt. St. Helens area!!!

Thanks!

Fluidride might be able to help you with the rental side of things. As far as bomber trails in the Rainier area, most of them will likely be under snow for another month. There's some good things in the lower hills, but not quite as sustained as the big hills. The BBTC link provided in the previous post should help you out, though.

I drove past Rainier and St-Helens a couple weeks ago. There were still lots of backcountry skiers hiking around. Lotsa snow.
