Scratch that, the site is tracking ip's. Clearing out your cache/cookies doesn't work.

Easiest way to see and vote is to select each category by turn. The site is, ah, buggy.
That's because you can barely see the magnificent mustache from the picture. You need a big-ol' picture of your face there so people scrolling through will see it.
