I think I saw a post from Gary that said you could use a 10 speed Shimano mech with a 11 or 12 speed shifter?
Is that correct and if so is it true for any sifter that isn't Linkglide?

Bonus question, which compatible shifter is the most ergonomic or can you adjust the lower paddle position on any?
