What are the conditions like at Cypress and Seymour? Wet is to be expected but are there any trails closures due to snow?

I did read that CBC is closed till spring on NSMBA.

Seymour was great last week super dry , one of my professors said it has some snow up high this last weekend. Should be fine now, It's a warm 57 degrees on the Shore today, suppose to stay warm.
