Hey I bought my wife a Fuji single speed cruiser a few years ago and I was wondering how costly it is to convert it to a 3 speed? What are my options?

Should be able to get something ike this:

Or just get a get a hub and relace the rear wheel.

Or look for a donor bike on craigslist and swap the rear wheel.

I was happy with the shifting on my Nexus 3 speed, but the drum break sucked ass. I don't use a lot of rear brake, so it wasn't much of an issue, but I sure wouldn't want to rely on it. I had a front v brake, so it was ok.
