My sister bought a Smart for 2 and is pissed. It handles like crap, is loud inside, and gets worse gas mileage than the Yaris she bought her oldest daughter.

<edit> Not to mention it cost more than the Yaris, too.

DO you guys have the diesel in the US?

A guy I worked at bell (a Brit), had one. Seems to me that just have to WANT to like the Smart. Sort of like the old original Austin Mini.

we don't have the diesel here. doesn't pass emissions regs. hell, you canadians don't have the diesel any more as it doesn't pass newly tightened regs.
