The Cove is in:cheers:
Silver Shocker frame with a DHX
A set of Hadley hubs and a Saint crankset
Some 729's and a bunch of spokes.

So I built the wheels last night, installed the fork/headset and chainguide/cranks. Its going together pretty quick actually.

I have to give big props to Cove for frame prep. The headtube was faced the BB was faced and chased. That saved me a lot of time at the shop and is attention to detail you should expect from a highend frame. The Maxle rear end is slick. No tools wheel removal baby!

I'll get some pictures up ASAP.

P.S. anyone want to trade an 888 flat top crown for a drop crown? The Shocker has a much shorter headtube and I don't want to run a buttload of spacers

Get a flat crown/integrated stem from go-ride. Those things are badass.
The switch crown does look pretty badass. Lower ride height and shorter stem.

I might have to wait a while, kinda tapped out throwing down for a frame, hubs and cranks this month:banghead:

So here it is.
Its ready for the trails this weekend.
Parking lot reviews are useless so I'll wait until I get some real rides in for a review.
Weight: 46lbs even. It ain't light but it'll hold up to some serious use.

Happy Turkey day y'all:banana:

Good choice on the color too. But for christ sakes cut your steer tube and get rid of that damn silver spacer!
Thanks, Silver is the new black:bonk:

Its a temporary setup until I get a flat crown.

Something about a company with all the frames names being sexual in nature makes me think the moral thread of this country is unweaving. And I bloody hell love it. Nice bike.
I didn't know Canadians had a moral thread. I guess you learn something new every day.
