how do you defend the position of the Major League Baseball Players Association's members on drug testing when it is Congress and the President of the United States of America that are your adversarys and not Major league Baseball?

He responded by saying that the "The Devil is in the details" and talked in great detail about legal drugs like androstein and the like. He was elloquent about discussing privacy and mentioned that baseball already has an agreement on illegal drugs.

I then asked if he thought his members would strike over the issue and he flatly said, "no."

So, should professional athletes be tested on a more rigorous level than say the UPS driver?

Does the right of the employer to have drug free work place include banning legal drugs?
