here are the hours for riding outside of your scheduled practice time. your racing lift ticket is good for these times.
it can't be a free-for-all because racers who have practice times would get shafted on lift lines with those just riding.

Just got here yesterday, in all my years of racing, riding, living in colorado I had never made it to granby/sol vista, damn shame, I think its beautiful here (maybe the desert rat in me). The DH track looks really fun, the jumps are big but built well, I could never jump them because I am afraid of catching air, always have been, but for the people the jumps are intended for-pros, they look hella fun.
These sol vista guys have done a hell of a job building this place, clean and pro, trail network looks fun, going to go ride today. Stoked to be at the nationals.

well at least she was able to get a top 3 since there was 3 woman that raced
Wow growing by leaps and bounds I see. Think the female field at BB in 2000 was in the mid twenties in Pro class.
Katie holden out with a broken left arm. Really sucks as she has been looking good all weekend.

Just read this on the Vital Facebook page...
Mike Sylvestri qualifies first in Pro Men's DH at U.S. National Champs with a 2:25 and change. Gwin came down cruising with his goggles around his arm, so something went wrong. Tyler Emmer had a 2:26, Strait with a 2:38, cruising. David K stopped on course, Riffle just cruised he said and that's about all I know at this point. Clouds moving in, but rain doubtful. it's SolVista after all. Finals in an hour.

Agreed - nice idea, but this is pretty poor. The commentators don't even seem to have a start list to know who's coming down...
Good "G" how bad is this covrage!!!!! I guess its better than none at all..... Where is FreeCaster when you need them...
