The quality is better in person but being that they are film and my scanner sucks they look kinda crappy

Yeah, I see what you mean, all that light around it, even the grass is litt, gives it that heavenly sorounding. The biker messiah, sprung out of light. Nice pics!

this rule is heavily overused. one of my old housemates, Nick, deliberately avoids this whenever possible, and his work is sick. he runs njdirt.com, check out some of his shots on there (almost all the photohraphy is his)

Not saying there isn't exceptions to the "rule", but the eye tends to be drawn more to an image using the rule of thirds because it is leading your eye in a direction. Either way fun pics, keep shooting.
