Spent more time on the road bike this week running around town than I ever have before. Nothing crazy but probably 10x 30-45min rides spread over the last 7 days. My right shoulder is killing me...to the point that it's hard to brush my teeth. Maybe it was the hard MTB ride on Sunday or the house painting or the bathroom tile...
