I've been having a bit of trouble with my build on my 12/150mm 32 hole rear shimano Saint Hub.

I am buildilng up a set of Alex Supra D rims with an ERD of 534.85. The specs I have from shimano are 53.8mm for the hub flange diameter, and 30.6mm center to flange left / 43.8mm center to flange right. I am buldling 3 cross.

I dropped these numbes into the DTswiss calculator and it came out with 259mm left and 261mm right which I rounded up to 260mm and 262mm. I"m using a 12mm nipple.

Is anyone able to confirm these numbers for me? I am having trouble with teh build. I have everythink in but the non drive side exterior spokes and am having trouble lining things up.

what are you having trouble with when it comes to "lining things up"?

is it ONLY the exterior spokes you are having trouble with? i'm guessing you can't get the spoke to start threading into the nipple? my first though is that you have all the other spokes threaded on too much; when lacing up, you only want to engage enough of the spoke so that the nipple won't fall off.
