So i got my new DT Hugi FR front hub in today. The thing is frigen light. Any way, the spoke dude at QBP says to go 255 ND and 253 D. I have some 254 DT swiss spokes. Is it okay to go ahead and build it up? I dont know if a mm would really make much difference, but id thought i would as seeing as this is only my 4th wheel build.

Yeah i never have the exact length and always use spokes either a tad to short or a tad to long.

ya, most of the time i end up with about a 2mm diff and just split the difference, you should be ok.

You should be fine with just 1mm off. Only real problem with using spokes that are too long is you can run out of threads before you get up to proper tension.
