I'm in. Still no DH bike though....

Oly, are you out cause you have to fix you truck or cause you don't have a ride. You used the truck as an excuse last weekend, it getting tired.

Yeah, after the March event he reserved 3 of the big trucks. Wait times should be shorter.
He rented 3 last time, but the company screwed up. So, this time he went to a couple different rental truck companies and reserved them in case one of them fall through like last time. There shouldn't be any issues this time with shuttle trucks. :)

Friends bike is out of commission is this the kind of event that I'll feel akward at showing up alone? Or is it pretty social

Definitely social. Lots of people show up and there's always lots of bsing and socializing going on in the shuttle lines.

I should go, having a DH bike and all. It's just this decision: work a day=gas+fee=day of fun or work a day=new trail=day of fun ???

ps. My car is gas guzzler extraordinaire '64 plymouth fury w/a 318ci V-8

I know...this time he will have 3 trucks and probably 1/2 the people because of the weather  Hopefully he gets a great turn out again!
