Spring question - dhx 5

hi

i bought a dhx 5.0 to my stab supreme and i need to change the spring...

i need to put a 450 lb on the shox that comes with a 550...

but...i just find manitou springs to sell...could i put one of these springs??

anybody knows about this compatibility

It should be compatible. I rock a 5th element (I think they are identical to manitou) from time to time on my dhx, and a dhx spring on my revox, so it should work assuming you spring weight isn't so high that the spring is wide enough to hit the reservoir.
