Does anybody have any killer settings for the Vanilla DH that came on the '03-'04 Stab Primos? Air pressure, compression twice, air volume, etc.? I'm running a 500lb spring and weigh 170. Also the air volume collar is pretty much impossible to twist, is it normally tough as hell to turn? I don't want to wind up breaking it...
