What are the North American companies that make steel tubing for bike frames? Is there anything comparable to Reynolds for example?

True Temper - they are in bankruptcy but still providing steel tubes to builders.

I'm sure there are a bunch more. Maybe a good question to take to mtbr.com and the frame builders forum. That seems to be pretty active and populated with guys building mountain bike frames.
