This weekend I spent some time at the Celebrity shoot before the ACM’s and got to be a part of the festivities throughout the weekend. It was a whirl wind of booze, limo’s, cameras, red carpets and glorious after parties. I think I am going to be able to sleep for a week now that it is over.
I was lucky enough to share the stage at the Academy country music awards with some pretty big names over the weekend during the Vegas ACM experience.

This is me on stage with Robin Meade

Pic of the crowd while I was on stage taken by Craig morgan

This is honestly only a fraction of the pics I was able to get of all the folks I got to meet and hang out with through the weekend.

Steve Gatlin from the Gatlin brothers, A real down to earth guy.

Neil and Reid Perry from “The Band Perry”, I wasn’t too sure about these two and didn’t know what to expect but after shooting clays and pistols with these two I was really impressed. Not sure where the sister was.

Lee and Tiffany Lakosky from “The Crush” on the Outdoor channel. These two are a natural at almost anything and even more fun to hang out with telling stories. And yes she gets really excited about everything!

Storme Warren, Host for Great American country and radio personality. He tried to kill me in a golf cart…honestly. Horrible shot by the way, but great guy and had a great time poking fun at Blake.

Blake Shelton. This guy doesn’t need any introductions but wasn’t probably one of the most hilarious guys to hang with all weekend.

I had to stand on the back of the golf cart just to look taller than him in a picture.

Wayne Lapierre, chief executive officer of the NRA. Amazingly humble and down to earth. We had a very interesting conversation during dinner one night about some very candid topics. Very glad I have a lifetime membership. I suggest you get one as well.

John Rich from Big and Rich, He said I would be “Big” since Kenny was MIA. not sure what that meant but I went with it.

Nick Mundt, Host of the Bone collector on the outdoor channel. Talk about a guy who knows a few good hunting spots. I am lined up to appear in an episode next fall. Details to follow when I learn more.

Craig Morgan came out in 2nd place for the celebs during the shoot and is probably the closest thing to a living Steve McQueen.

Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer is really a simple hometown kind of guy. Unbelievable courage and a very impelling story of heroism.

Craig Campbell was on my team when we were shooting we tied at 25 a piece. I was able to literally hang out with him and his wife and crew all weekend. Super cool guy and really a blast to BS with.

Cowboy Troy, I told him he cant hold the pistol sideways when he shoots. The only guy I have seen that makes a beretta over under trap gun look like a revolver in one hand.

TNA Wrestler James Storm
I tried to get him and hardy to arm wrestle but it never happened

TNA Wrestler Jeff Hardy

We spent most of the afternoon in the Gun club bar, pretty funny guy.

Keifer and Shawna Thompson (Thompson square)

This was right after they got off stage after winning the best vocal duo of the year, those awards are heavy by the way.

Darren Warren was the most fun to party with out of anyone. My head is still hurting.

In all it was a pretty awesome weekend. I ended out the weekend smoking a cuban with cocktail in hand while sitting on the hood of a vegas pd cop car.

Hey man, props for meeting all those singers! Craig Morgan and Blake Shelton have always seemed pretty cool.

Good lord, am I the only one country enough to know who these singers are? that is seriously disappointing me. Sorry RM crowd, i am sure you have heard their music and probably like it.

Y'all should know at least a few of them, I am not that country and I picked up on all of them.

Nicely done! :thumb:

I can see some of these guys not knowing the country singers but how do you not know Dakota Meyer or Wayne LaPierre?

Not a clue who any of those people are, but glad you had fun hanging out with people you think are cool enough to take pictures of. Shooting guns is fun. Never been to vegas....

If I had a clue who any one of them were, I would be impressed.
I am even more surprised he is into guns and country music :)

GFF did you remember tell them you hang out with a bunch of liberal mountain bikes?

My weekend: Some kids birthday party, work around the house and I cooked a chicken. I also listened to some Euro house music. You would have loved all of it.

Nowhere Man!
I have to say I was a little distracted through the whole weekend and I will own that one, my bad.

my phone kept dying as soon as we got to the after parties.
As long as you take ownership of your RM obligations. Not to distract from your awesomeness. Why do women who wear leopard print underwear always have low self esteem or daddy issues?

Ooohhh Oooohhh...look at me...I'm too cool for country music.

While all of you homos act cool, please know, I can't name one Lady Gaga, Katy Perry or Justin Bieber song without using Google.

Remember that while you are being too cool for school.

Brett...glad you got to do that.

I will read this thread tomorrow B, since I'm very buzzed and celebrated the news of a new client (Sure you've been to Heff's mansion, but I'm officially in the porn biz starting today).

In the mean time grow a real fuqqin beard and lose the vag mouth. Trust me...
