Hey Joe welcome to the Monkey! Usually around your weight in air pressure, maybe more depends on what weight spring you have on there. they run lighter springs and with the air it all adds up. Good luck.
I had this whole thing typed out, and realized that it was hard to describe without pictures or video, so here:
I'd shoot for 20-25% sag of your full travel (full stroke length). And you can always add or subtract air as you go. Take your shock pump with you on the first couple rides so you can try things out as you go. Make adjustments in 5-10 psi increments, and simply connecting your shock pump to the shock will drop your pressure about 5 psi.
